Feedback Catering Software

Holland Automation International (UK) Ltd was formed in 1993 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Holland Automation International BV of Dordrecht in Holland. It was formed to represent the parent company in the UK, providing installation, support and training for its HAI*Europ financial administration software.

In 2001 the Company acquired the software rights to the Feedback food and beverage management package which the two UK directors had originally developed when they worked for the company that originally owned the rights. With the acquisition came a major expansion of the Companies customer base as it took on the provision of support and maintenance to the Feedback users.

The Company now supports both software packages from its office in Baildon on the edge of Ilkley Moor in Yorkshire.

At the time of the acquisition the ownership of the Company changed and it is now owned one third by Holland Automation International BV and the remainder by UK shareholders.
